Who we are

InkDesign is operated by inkdesign.ai, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at support@inkdesign.ai.

Summary

The Tattoo Prompt Generator and Tattoo Font Generator run in your browser. The text you type into them is not sent to our servers and is not stored by us, unless you press Enhance idea, which needs an account and sends that one description to our AI provider to rewrite it. When you hand a prompt to the homepage generator, it is kept only in your browser tab's session storage and cleared once read. AI image generation is different: it needs an account, and the description you submit is sent to the providers below to check it and draw your designs.

What we collect

• Account data, if you create an account: email address, name, and a hashed password, or the profile details your sign-in provider (Google) shares.
• Generation data, if you use AI generation: the description and any lettering you submit, the resulting images and their HD or stencil exports, and a record of credits used.
• Technical data needed to run and protect the site: IP address, browser type and request logs, kept for security and abuse prevention.
• Cookies: a session cookie when you are signed in, and preference cookies for theme and cookie consent. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your text or images to train AI models.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts the site and its database and protects it against abuse (including Turnstile challenges).
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• fal.ai generates the images from your description.
• Replicate and SeeAPI check descriptions and generated images for content we don't allow (for example explicit or hateful material).
• OpenRouter passes your description to an AI language model (Anthropic Claude) when you press Enhance idea.
• Stripe processes payments when you buy credits. We never see or store your card details.
• Google Analytics measures site usage. It sets analytics cookies only if you accept them.

Retention and deletion

Generated images are stored privately and deleted automatically 30 days after they are made; only you can view or download them. Account data is kept while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@inkdesign.ai from your account address; we complete deletion within 30 days. Security logs are deleted automatically on a rolling basis.

Children

InkDesign is not intended for anyone under 18.

We will update the date above when this policy changes and highlight material changes on the site.
