The terms for using InkDesign tattoo design tools.

Using InkDesign
InkDesign is operated by inkdesign.ai ("we", "us"). By using InkDesign you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Design references, not tattoo instructions
Prompts, lettering, images, HD files and stencil exports from InkDesign are creative references to discuss with a licensed tattoo artist. A stencil export is a starting point for your artist, not a stencil certified for application, and we make no promise that a design will look the same on skin or age well. Your artist decides what can be tattooed safely.
Your content
You keep any rights you have in the text you enter. Do not use InkDesign to create content that infringes someone else's rights, imitates a living artist's signature work, or depicts minors, sexual content, hate symbols or graphic violence.
Fonts
Fonts in the Tattoo Font Generator are published under the SIL Open Font License. PNG images you export from it may be used for personal and commercial purposes; the font files themselves remain under their own licenses.
AI-generated images
We do not claim ownership of the images you generate, and you may use them for your tattoo and for other lawful purposes. AI output is not unique: other people can get similar results, and it may not be protected by copyright, so we cannot give you exclusive rights to a design. AI output can also resemble existing works; you are responsible for checking a design before you have it tattooed or use it commercially.
We check prompts and images automatically and may refuse a request or hide a result that breaks these terms. Generated images are kept privately for 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Credits and payments
New accounts receive free credits. Additional credits are sold in one-time packs, paid through Stripe; there is no subscription. Credits are tied to your account, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire. A generation or export that fails or is blocked returns its credits automatically. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Prices shown at checkout apply to that purchase; we may change prices for future purchases.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by automating sign-ups to collect free credits.
Availability and liability
The tools are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, InkDesign is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the outcome of any tattoo.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
