Refund Policy

What you buy

The Tattoo Prompt Generator and Tattoo Font Generator are free. AI generation uses credits: new accounts get 5 free credits, and you can buy one-time credit packs. There is no subscription, and nothing renews or charges you again.

Automatic returns

• If a generation fails for a technical reason, or our safety check stops it, the credit it used is returned automatically.
• If an HD or stencil export fails, its credits are returned automatically.
• If only one of the two concepts passes the safety check, the generation counts as used.

Refunds

• Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email support from your account address with your order number.
• Credits already used to generate images are not refundable, because the generation cost has already been incurred.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. The refunded credits are removed from your balance.
